Since working for Mack-Sumner Communications in 2012, I have worked for both CSC and EY in a variety of consulting roles. In my most recent position as Manager in EY’s Digital and Emerging Technologies practice, I have worked to improve customer experience through Digital transformation at Universal Parks and Resorts in Orlando, Florida and Royal Caribbean Cruises in Miami, Florida. I hope to combine my 5 years consulting experience with the understanding of the direct mail business.

I have a total of 5 years of professional experience specializing in User Acceptance Testing, Delivery and Release Management, Project Management, Operations Management, IT consulting, Agile Software Development Methods and Master Data Management. My focus includes applying process improvement methods to enhance logistical efficiency both internally and externally at the client site. Additionally, I am passionate about implementing business process improvement and expanding my knowledge in Data and Asset Management and Digital Transformation applications in different industries.

My proudest moment to date is when I was promoted to Manager at EY. The positive feedback and support I received both before and after my promotion served as motivation to want more while also opening up an immense sense of gratitude for the team I had around me. It was an incredible reward for years of hard work in the industry.
Breakfast and coffee at home while watching Food Network, followed by hiking with my husband and pup, a late lunch in the city with friends, afternoon cocktails at home on the roof deck while dinner is cooking in one of my new kitchen gadgets. And finally, a cozy fire and movie before bed.
